New Year, New Weight Loss Idea

I have been looking to lose weight for the last couple of years and this year is going to be the year for me, I have to lose the weight whilst I still have a young metabolism on my side. I have a feeling that if I leave things as they are I will be 18 stone by the end of the year. I tried my hardest to be good over Christmas but I just don't think it worked out - I went out on christmas dos and then there was new years eve.

I think the only way I am going to be serious about the new me is if I work really hard and note it all down otherwise I am going to get off track and think that it really doesn't matter and I can go back to my own ways so today:-

Breakfast
Orange juice (not freshly squeezed by me but it was called breakfast juice)
Toasted muffin - I think I am addicted will check later to see the calories

Mid morning
A breakfast bar 99 calories

Lunch
Vegetable soup

Dinner
Not there yet but - jacket potato maybe with cheese
Glass of wine

Ok so looking back I realise that doesn't sound amazingly healthy but I don't want to cut everything out straight away as I think my body will sulk and believe me this is a lot better than where I was in December.

I havn't done any exercise today and don't really have time but I have that penciled in for tomorrow.

I have decided to try an appetite suppressant after reading some unique hoodia reviews. I think it could really help my mission.

I will keep you up dated. P.S. my weakness is sweet food - cupcakes!!!
